Hey folks,
Rock of Ages will be using the haul road at the Roller Coaster and Angry Gnome rd crossings. Heavy equipment such as dump trucks, bulldozers and loaders will be active in this area a summer. DO NOT ride your bike on this road! Cross the haul road with caution at one of the two crossings only. Do not loiter in the road. Stop and look both ways as if you were on a busy stretch of road in the city.
Unfortunately, some riders have already been out before we open this weekend and have used this road causing some distraction for the workers on the area.
An alternate route to Websterville road will be on Abbots run just after the haul road crossing on Roller Coaster.
Please share this with friends and help get the word out. DO NOT USE THIS ROAD! We want to continue riding over there so please respect ROA’s project.
