I snowshoed and skied 4 times last week after the rain. The good news is that in spite of the rain, we still have a good base. The even better news is that there’s fresh new snow over the base, resulting in surprisingly good conditions on some trails. There are a few bare spots and rocks to watch for on Serenity and Heifer Pasture trails. I recommend Upper Mainline and Westside for the best conditions.  Three of us were out snowshoeing under  the gorgeously bright  full moon on Friday night. The quarries and grout piles look even more amazing in the moonlight.

See you on the trail!
